This Privacy Policy describes how the Digital Vaikuntha mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We only collect information needed to operate the App's features.

The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or precise/GPS location.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run third-party ad or analytics tracking SDKs.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and media storage). All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. OTP codes and session tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers strictly necessary to run the App, and only to the extent needed to provide the service:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing laddaramanuj@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your profile, sessions, push tokens, cart, and activity records are removed; feedback you submitted may be retained in anonymised form (disassociated from your account). We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
The App is intended for a general devotee audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
You may access or update most of your information directly in the App's Profile screen, and you may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
