Delete Your Account & Data

Digital Vaikuntha

This page explains how to delete your Digital Vaikuntha account and the personal data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open the Digital Vaikuntha app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email laddaramanuj@gmail.com from your registered contact, or include the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete your account. We will process the request and confirm.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile — name, postal address, alternate contacts, and email
• Your phone number and verification (OTP) records
• Your profile photo
• Your sessions (you are signed out on all devices)
• Your shopping cart
• Your activity history (seva / donation / order records shown in Profile)
• Your push-notification tokens

What may be retained

• Any feedback messages you sent are kept in anonymised form (disassociated from your account) so we can continue to improve the app.
• We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, for as long as the law requires.

Deleting only some of your data

You can edit or clear most profile fields directly in the app's Profile screen without deleting your whole account. To request deletion of specific personal data while keeping your account, email laddaramanuj@gmail.com.
